Arthur is delighted to support one of our longstanding clients, a Lloyd\’s market-leading Syndicate, in their search for a Casualty Claims Adjuster. The successful candidate will join an award-winning, market-leading Casualty Claims Department, focusing on handling EL, PL, and Product Liability claims across worldwide jurisdictions. You will manage your own portfolio of claims and collaborate with some of the best Senior Casualty Claims Adjusters in the Lloyd\’s market.

Your role involves managing and adjusting your portfolio of claims from first advice to settlement within your designated authority. The cases are varied and may include both lead and follow claims at a high technical level, requiring experience in handling UK EL, PL, and Product Liability claims.

Your Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Casualty/Liability claims handling experience from FNOL to settlement
  • Experience reviewing and managing MI
  • Experience with litigated and non-litigated claims
  • Experience with inquests and regulatory investigations
  • Good general knowledge and understanding of insurance principles
  • Awareness of current regulation and market issues
  • Good working knowledge of coverage under general public, products, and employers liability policies
  • Understanding of relevant current law
