Job Description
Our client, a high-growth syndicate is seeking a nearly or newly qualified to join their Capital team.The role reports to the Head of Capital Modelling and will give you the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the actuarial function, underwriting, exposure management, finance, and operations.While the position primarily revolves around capital modelling, the structure of the firm offers opportunities to expand knowledge and gain experience in reserving and pricing.Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Capital Modelling to meet regulatory and business requirements.
- Stakeholder engagement to coordinate the capital setting process.
- Produce regulatory returns, including the LCR, TP's, PRA templates, and other ad-hoc reporting.
- Assist SII initiatives and regulatory compliance, including, validation processes, use tests, documentation, and contribution to the ORSA.
- Lead on model parameterisation process, developing new methodologies and processes
Skill Required:
- Capital modelling role expereience using Remetrica
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ReMetrica, other capital modelling platforms also considered
- Excellent report writing skills
*This role required a RTW in the UK with sponsorship now, or in the future.
