Job Description

Arthur is partnered with a Global Insurance Brokers who is hiring a Broker Technician to support their expanding team. Working closely with broking teams in London, Europe and Global offices, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining policy documentation while collaborating with the processing team to resolve queries and ensure successful submissions to our partners, including Lloyd’s of London.Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with brokers and clients to create and maintain policy documentation.
  • Generate and manage credit insurance repayment schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and controls.
  • Support and promote effective use of tools and systems for policy management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Credit and/or Political Risk insurance, with strong knowledge of Lloyd’s of London processes and practices along with excellent Excel skills including VBA.If you’re detail-driven, proactive, and pragmatic in your approach to problem-solving, this role offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a business that’s continually growing and expanding.Please note, due to the high volume of applications, we may only be able to respond to shortlisted candidates.
