You will take ownership of bordereaux processes, working closely with underwriting and operations teams to ensure data is accurate, timely and supports key business decisions. Key responsibilities
- Managing the receipt, validation and processing of bordereaux data across multiple lines of business
- Mapping and uploading risk, premium and claims data into internal systems in line with reporting standards
- Investigating data discrepancies, resolving queries and ensuring high levels of data quality
- Monitoring bordereaux submissions and chasing outstanding data from coverholders and partners
- Supporting the production of MI and reports for underwriters and internal stakeholders
- Working closely with underwriting, claims and finance teams to ensure accurate and consistent data
- Building strong relationships with coverholders, brokers and third party providers
- Supporting improvements to bordereaux processes, controls and reporting capabilities
Experience you’ll need
- Experience working with bordereaux within the Lloyd’s or London Market
- Understanding of risk, premium and claims bordereaux structures
