The role sits at the heart of underwriting operations and plays a key part in ensuring accurate high quality bordereaux data that supports performance tracking and decision making. You will gain broad exposure across underwriting, finance and claims while working closely with coverholders and third party providers. As a Bordereaux Analyst you will be responsible for the end to end handling of premium, claims and risk bordereaux ensuring data is accurate, timely and compliant with agreed standards.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the receipt, review, and processing of bordereaux submissions from coverholders and third party administrators
  • Validating data quality against binding authority terms and Lloyd’s reporting standards
  • Cleansing, mapping and uploading bordereaux into internal systems
  • Investigating data issues, anomalies and missing information
  • Liaising with outsourcing partners to resolve queries and improve data quality
  • Supporting underwriters with binder performance monitoring and MI
  • Maintaining bordereaux schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Escalating recurring data or performance issues where appropriate
Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a bordereaux analyst or technician role within the Lloyd’s market
  • Good understanding of premium, claims and risk bordereaux
  • Knowledge of delegated authority reporting and regulatory requirements
  • Strong Excel skills and a high level of attention to detail
