Sales Administrator – Arthur Wheeler Estate Agents

Arthur Wheeler Estate Agents, a long-established and well-respected name in the local property market, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our friendly and professional team.
About the Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service.
Hours:
·5 days a week 9am-5pm, including some Saturdays with a day off in lieu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking property viewings and valuations
- Taking and recording offers accurately
- Liaising with sellers throughout all stages of the sales process
- Maintaining and updating records in our property management system
- Providing exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person
- General administrative duties to support the sales team
About You:
- Fully computer literate with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Previous estate agency experience is highly desirable
