About the Company
We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join Arthur Rose Recruitment Ltd, based on the border of Barnsley/Rotherham.
About the Role
This role is Monday to Friday 9 - 5 (part time will be considered and some flexibility in hours to suit the business).
Responsibilities
- Place adverts and monitor applications
- Answering recruitment enquiries
- Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process
- Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Job boards
- Create opportunities for new business through sales, networking and social media
Qualifications
Previous experience would be advantageous but must have a strong sales background.
Required Skills
- To possess a good level of communication skill, both oral and written
- To work effectively as part of a team but also confident working alone
- Great Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise where needed
- Focus and dedication to an excellent quality of service at all times
- PC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- To meet and exceed all tasks and functions without management reminder

Although we specialise in Engineering and Manufacturing we are open to all sectors on recruitment.
Pay range and compensation package
On offer is a salary up to £38,000 DOE, 34 days holiday plus an excellent commission structure.
