Responsible for all aspects of production quality including the quality management system. Ensuring compliance to customer, industry, and regulatory requirements, including ISO. Lead the ISO audits across our four sites and deal with any non-conformances that may arise. Develop a continuous improvement culture within the business, assisting all departments with the creation of procedures and any associated documentation. Administer any day-to-day issues, including customer queries and assist in the implementation of a robust supplier documentation pack, specifications and analysis.
