Location: Field-based, covering South East
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
Salary: £32,000 to £34,000 plus company vehicle, healthcare, pension, and additional benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out LOLER inspections, servicing, and planned maintenance on care home equipment, including competitor products
- Diagnose faults and recommend repairs or upgrades to improve performance and reduce breakdowns
- Promote the company’s preventive maintenance services and identify potential sales leads
- Maintain accurate records including timesheets, job numbers, travel logs, and equipment tagging
- Ensure company vehicle, tools, and devices are kept in excellent condition
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in LOLER testing on care home or similar equipment is essential
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices and risk assessments
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
