Arthur Rose Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Engineering and Manufacturing Company in Batley for the following:
The Role:
- Supporting workshop team - including CNC machinists & Fabricators
- Ensure all job paperwork is completed
- Attending meetings with the wider production team on job updates
- Supporting the team by operating machinery to ensure jobs are completed on time
- Working closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure the smooth running of the workshop and that jobs are completed on time
- Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until the customer is satisfied
- Notify office of parts needed to order
- Liaise with office teams to discuss client requirements
- Undertake PPM and reactive maintenance whilst instructing clients on basic fixes
- Working with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Machine installs and sign-offs
Essential Requirements:
- Drivers License
- Engineering qualifications - Desirable
- Good Customer Service Skills
- TIG Welding & Fabricating Skills would be advantageous
- CNC experience
Pay £36,000 - £38,000 DOE
