I'm partnering with a leading UK Financial Services organisation to recruit a Business Continuity & Resilience Officer into their growing Operational Resilience function.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in strengthening Business Continuity and Operational Resilience capabilities across a highly regulated environment, working closely with senior resilience and risk leaders on a broad range of resilience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting and challenging Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
Reviewing and enhancing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
Supporting wider Operational Resilience activities, including resource mapping and vulnerability management
Supporting crisis management and incident response activities
Coordinating and developing a network of Business Continuity Champions
Conducting third-party due diligence reviews
Maintaining resilience policies, standards and guidance documentation
Delivering resilience training, awareness and support across the business
Supporting the continued development of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity frameworks
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Business Continuity, Operational Resilience or Technology Resilience
- Financial Services, Insurance or Banking experience preferred
- Understanding of UK Operational Resilience requirements
- Experience reviewing and challenging BIAs and BCPs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Comfortable operating within incident or crisis management environments
- Strong analytical, reporting and governance capabilities
