We’re looking for an experienced transformation leader who can steer complex, multi‑stream change across multiple European cities and markets. If you’re energised by turning strategy into tangible results, by partnering with senior leaders to deliver meaningful organisational change, this role offers a high-impact platform.

About the role

The Transformation Senior Lead will guide the regional execution of a multi‑year strategic transformation agenda. This means shaping delivery plans, aligning regional and global priorities, and ensuring multi‑country initiatives land successfully. You’ll work in close collaboration with European executives, functional leaders, and global delivery teams to bring complex programmes to life, ensuring they’re adopted, embedded, and sustained.

Your Impact Will Span Three Core Areas:

  • Delivering Transformation Across Multiple Countries
    • Direct the delivery of large, cross‑functional transformation initiatives operating across numerous European cities.
    • Convert strategic direction into clear delivery plans that define scope, milestones, risks, and measurable outcomes.
    • Guide multi‑stream teams across business, technology, operations, and data functions.
    • Ensure regional delivery connects seamlessly with global transformation priorities.
    • Maintain clear visibility of progress, blockers, and benefits, and proactively recommend course corrections.
  • Leading Change and Building Readiness
    • Embed structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) into day‑to‑day delivery.
    • Drive engagement plans tailored to different markets, business cultures, and stakeholder groups.
    • Facilitate workshops, interventions, and capability‑building activities to support new ways of working.
    • Strengthen regional change capability, ensuring the right skills and capacity exist to support the roadmap.
    • Champion the behaviours, mindset shifts, and leadership alignment needed for long-term success.
  • Partnering with Senior Leaders Across Regions
    • Act as a strategic advisor and connector between regional teams and global transformation leads.
    • Balance differing country-level needs with enterprise‑wide priorities.
    • Present progress, risks, and recommendations to governance bodies.
    • Support delivery teams in navigating stakeholder complexities and negotiating trade-offs.
    • Build trusting, influential relationships across regions, functions, and leadership levels.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience delivering transformation within the insurance sector, with a solid understanding of underwriting, operations, regulatory frameworks, or specialty insurance environments.
  • A strong track record of delivering multi-stream programmes across several cities or countries (ideally European).
  • Experience integrating business, technical, and operational change into cohesive delivery.
  • Practical expertise in organisational change management.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at senior levels.
  • Experience managing hybrid onshore/offshore teams and external partners.
  • Sound judgement and resilience when working in complex, interdependent environments.
  • Understanding of how AI/automation can strengthen delivery or change.
