An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Professional Indemnity Claims Adjuster to join a collaborative, high-performing claims team. You\’ll manage high-value, complex claims across Solicitors PI, Financial Services PI, Miscellaneous PI, and some Construction PI, while supporting junior colleagues and contributing to strategic claims initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex Professional Indemnity claims in line with established claims philosophy
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Work with Managing Agents and service providers across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and reinsurance teams
- Provide feedback on policy wordings, claims data, and renewals
- Drive broker engagement and deliver a customer-focused service
What We\’re Looking For:
- Proven experience handling Professional Indemnity claims
- Experience supervising and training junior staff
- Knowledge of ECF and London market critical metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
