Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Lines Claims Adjuster to join a high-performing claims team. You will manage complex, high-value claims across Financial Institutions, Management Liability/D&O, and professional risk portfolios, including UK and international exposures, with a focus on Fintech and professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex Financial Institutions and Management Liability claims in line with established claims philosophy
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Managing Agents, service providers, underwriting, actuarial, and reinsurance teams
- Provide feedback on policy wordings, claims trends, and renewals
- Highlight significant notifications, trends, or developments to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience handling Financial Institutions or Management Liability/D&O claims
- Skilled in supervising and training junior staff
- Knowledge of ECF and London market critical metrics
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
