Senior Consultant – Company Secretarial Recruitment
Due to continued growth, Arthur Recruitment are looking to hire a Senior Consultant to lead on Company Secretarial and Governance Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a genuinely exciting desk, with the ability to build something special. The position will be based from our Manchester office, recruiting for roles nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job advertising to offer negotiation.
- Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience of the Insurance sector is desirable.
- Previous experience working in Compliance, Risk or Legal Recruitment would be desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
