Senior Compliance Manager - Broker

Arthur are delighted to be working with a leading Insurance Broker in the London market as they seek a Senior Compliance Manager to join their growing team.

Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will be a strong generalist Compliance person with a particular focus on keeping abreast of all FCA regulatory developments.

Main Duties

• Staying on top of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulatory developments.
• Consistently improving compliance strategies and solutions in order to best deal with evolving regulatory environment.
• Providing comprehensive training to business units on new compliance processes and requirements.
• Engaging with colleagues across the business to receive first-hand feedback, provide updates, and ensure alignment with compliance projects.

• Able to communicate complex requirements in a way that is concise and engaging across the business.
• Able to use own judgement based off of past experiences when outcomes are uncertain
• Have the ability to consider how decisions affect the business.
• An outstanding verbal and written communicator.
