Arthur are working with a reputable Lloyd's MGA as they seek a Compliance Advisory Officer to join their growing team. Reporting into the Senior Compliance Manager, you will provide great representation and communication for a stronger Compliance culture across the business, and will be responsible for the following:

  • Carrying out horizon scanning of emerging regulatory risks and working with the wider compliance team to ascertain that change is delivered effectively.
  • Sharing comprehensive training and support to the business on everchanging regulatory affairs, taking a leading role and confidently advising through transitions.
  • Establishing a strong rapport with peers across the business to ensure that regulatory considerations are implemented and maintained.
  • Assisting the wider compliance team in carrying out thematic compliance monitoring reviews and feeding back to appropriate committees and working groups.
  • Working alongside compliance colleagues to continue promoting a strong compliance and risk awareness culture.

About you:

  • Strong Compliance experience within an Insurer (preferably Lloyd's).
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication.
  • Delivering high-quality work on a consistent basis.
  • A people person that has a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
