An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior/Claims Broker to manage complex international Property and Political Violence claims. This role is ideal for an experienced claims professional looking to take ownership of their portfolio, liaise with brokers and clients, and deliver high-quality service across challenging, high-profile accounts. Key Responsibilities: Manage your own book of business, from first notification to settlement Handle claims processing, premium assessment, and documentation Liaise with brokers, account handlers, clients, and internal teams Maintain accurate claims files and input data into internal systems Collaborate with underwriters, surveyors, adjusters, and legal advisors Monitor and mitigate risks within your portfolio Keep up to date with market trends and opportunities What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in Property and Political Violence claims Strong technical knowledge and client-facing skills Excellent communication, organisation, and IT abilities Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused This role offers the chance to work on complex international claims, strengthen client relationships, and develop your career in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
