My client is seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to oversee the effective implementation and continuous improvement of our risk management framework. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of risk awareness across the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead the enhancement, implementation, and embedding of core risk management processes across the enterprise.Take charge of preparing materials for risk and control self-attestation (RCSA), contributing to key risk assurance activities.Work closely with risk managers to assess and challenge first-line processes related to operational, group, strategic, and legal/regulatory risks.Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the risk management system and associated data.Drive ongoing development and optimization of the risk management system and its functionalities.Regularly update and manage risk management framework documentation.Act as the primary point of contact for system functionality development, liaising between the business, IT, and vendors.Oversee the RCSA and reporting cycle, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Manage operational risk reporting through platforms such as PowerBI and Excel.Provide expert technical and analytical support to the Risk team and wider business.Skills:A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.A self-starter who thrives working both independently and collaboratively.Strong analytical skills and a commitment to high standards.Proficiency in using workplace technology to streamline processes.A process-driven individual who is always looking for ways to improve efficiency.A solid understanding of commercial and financial principles.Exceptional time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function AnalystIndustries Staffing and Recruiting
