Job Description
We are working with a Syndicate who are looking for a Reserving Actuary to join their team in London. This is a newly created role to sit between the Reserving Manager and the student actuaries to help with their ongoing transformation project for both reserving and the wider company, along with BAU reserving responsibilities.
This is a highly collaborative business which prides themselves on their culture and development of the more junior individuals in the team. Whilst there won't be formal management in this role, there will be opportunities to help mentor the analysts, to have ownership of work, and to present to C-Suite.
The ideal candidate will be qualified with 6+ years of experience and currently working in the Lloyd's Market. Communication skills and a deep understanding of reserving processes are needed for this role, and prior transformation work would be highly beneficial.
