An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing (re)insurance and Lloyd’s managing agent that provides bespoke specialty risk-transfer solutions.

This role will be focusing on their newly launched quote and bind platform .

As the Product Analyst, your role is to serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer. You will be working closely with the underwriting teams to understand their pain points and provide technical support. Working proficiency in Italian is required.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting underwriting teams or hands on experience with a quote and bind platform. In addition to excellent stakeholder management skills, experience drawing insights from data and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact to resolve technical issues and respond to customer inquiries across various support channels.
  • Maintain expertise in product features and updates to provide accurate guidance and deliver customer training sessions.
  • Gather customer feedback, analyse performance metrics to understand customer and product usage, monitor system integrations, and liaise with suppliers to prioritise enhancements and ensure the platform remains secure and up to date.
  • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and support materials to empower customers.
  • Coordinate and execute pre-release testing in the UAT environment and support business users in validating new features or fixes to ensure reliability and functionality.

Skills and Experience

  • Working proficiency in Italian is required.
  • 3+ years' of experience in PMO, Product, or IT Support within the London Insurance industry .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with Underwriters or underwriting technology/processes.
  • Ability and desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to draw insights from data.
