Arthur’s Finance expertise enables us to identify and secure top finance talent across all functions within Regulatory, Statutory, Commercial, Syndicate and Central Finance. We partner with clients to make strategic hires, while supporting candidates in finding finance roles within Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, FP&A, Syndicate Finance or Financial Control. This is a well-established, permanent finance desk with strong existing relationships on both the client and candidate side, offering an excellent opportunity for someone to take ownership and make it their own. It provides the chance to hit the ground running from day one and build on a solid, trusted foundation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running the full 360 recruitment process within Finance
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Headhunting and building talent pools
- Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit
- Helping shape the continued growth of our Finance division
- Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
- Develop an annual business plan
- Mentoring junior members in the team
- Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in recruitment industry and experience within the Accounting & Finance field
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
- Someone who potentially would be open to management in the future
- Team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing group
