What you’ll be doing:
- Running the full 360 recruitment process within Compliance
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Headhunting and building talent pools
- Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit
- Helping shape the continued growth of our Compliance division
- Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
- Develop an annual business plan
- Mentoring junior members in the team
- Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in recruitment industry and experience within Compliance
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
- Someone who potentially would be open to management in the future
- Team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing group
