We are looking for a PowerApps developer to join a specialty insurance business that provides a full wrap-around support model, delivering best-in-class services across executive management, consultancy, finance, compliance, and IT. This is an excellent opportunity for a PowerApps Developer looking to fast-track their career within an ambitious, high-growth organisation.
You will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative Power Platform solutions that streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency by translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with business stakeholders and IT management to gather and analyse requirements, reviewing system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain high-quality Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and data integrations.
- Test, troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications and automations to improve reliability and user experience.
- Produce clear documentation, including process flows, diagrams, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Deliver user training and ongoing support, including onboarding users to newly developed solutions.
- Support additional tasks as required by your line manager, aligned to the role and business needs.
- Fully cloud-based environment for scalability and flexibility.
- Azure SQL data warehouse integrating third-party and in-house applications.
- Power Platform and Excel as core reporting and automation tools.
- Future integrations may include Python, GIS, and advanced data analysis.
- Strong focus on adopting new technologies to drive automation and efficiency.
