I am working with a growing Personal Lines Insurer who have two vacancies within their Market Pricing team! My client has grown significantly over the last few years and has strong plans to continue this trajectory over the coming years. This role is largely remote, with one day a month required in the London office.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the impact of price adjustments before and after implementation using Radar
  • Develop a deep understanding of price elasticity, customer behavior, and other factors influencing optimal pricing strategies
  • Analyse portfolio performance and identify deviations from expected outcomes.
  • Work closely with the rate implementation team to ensure accurate pricing execution.

Requirements:

  • Advanced data and analytical skills, capable of working with large, complex datasets using tools like Python, SQL, SAS, and VBA (Radar experience is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen, with solid knowledge of personal lines underwriting and pricing principles.
