Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Assess, price, and underwrite new and renewal marine business.
- Analyse vessel data, cargo details, loss records, and exposures.
- Maintain broker relationships and represent the syndicate in the market.
- Monitor portfolio performance and support business planning.
- Ensure compliance with Lloyd’s and internal underwriting standards.
- Collaborate with claims, actuarial, modelling, and operations teams.
Skills & Experience
- Marine underwriting or relevant specialty experience.
- Strong analytical, technical pricing, and negotiation ability.
- Good knowledge of marine markets and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience; ACII desirable.
