A leading Legal 500-ranked insurance disputes team is looking to appoint an experienced lawyer to support its continued growth within the Professional Risks practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team acting for insurers, businesses and professionals across a broad range of complex coverage and liability disputes. The work spans professional indemnity, property damage, public liability, management liability (D&O), cyber and data risks, with claims ranging from small disputes through to multi-million-pound matters.
The Opportunity
- Manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity and liability claims
- Advise on complex insurance coverage disputes
- Handle both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Work closely with insurer and London Market clients
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
- Play a key role in the team's ongoing growth and business development
- Work alongside highly experienced Partners within a collaborative environment
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with significant insurance litigation experience
- Background in Professional Indemnity, Insurance Coverage, Property Damage or Liability claims
- Experience managing your own caseload and delivering commercially focused advice
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous
