I'm currently working with a highly regarded and growing national law firm looking to strengthen its Employment team.
This is an opportunity to join a Legal 500-recognised team handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large national businesses.
The role will involve:
- ACAS Early Conciliation and settlement agreements
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance and day-to-day HR matters
- Drafting contracts, policies and employee documentation
- TUPE and collective consultation projects
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic employment advice
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law
- Strong background in both advisory and contentious matters
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills
- Previous supervision or mentoring experience would be advantageous
