Arthur has a really well-established presence within the insurance/reinsurance market, with a strong client base and candidate network already in place. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and really make the desk their own, building on existing relationships while continuing to grow the market. The focus of the role would be recruiting across a range of positions including Analysts, Assistants, and Operations Managers, partnering closely with clients on key hires and supporting candidates in securing opportunities where they can genuinely progress their careers within reinsurance. It’s a desk where you can hit the ground running from day one, with plenty of opportunity to build momentum quickly while putting your own stamp on it and continuing to develop within an established business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running the full 360 recruitment process within reinsurance
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Headhunting and building talent pools
- Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit
- Helping shape the continued growth of our reinsurance division
- Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
- Develop an annual business plan
- Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years experience in recruitment industry (ideally insurance or professional sector)
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
- Team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing group
