Responsibilities
- Running the full 360 recruitment process within the Actuarial contract market
- Building longâterm relationships with clients and candidates
- Headhunting and building talent pools
- Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit
- Helping shape the continued growth of our contract division
- Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
- Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in recruitment industry
- Experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within insurance
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
- Team player who enjoys being part of a closeâknit, highâperforming group
