We are hiring a Senior Market Performance Data & MI Analyst for a high-impact role at the heart of the London insurance market. This position plays a critical part in shaping strategic decision-making by delivering high-quality analysis, insight, and management information to senior stakeholders.
You will work with complex market, syndicate, and class-level data to uncover performance trends, risks, and opportunities — turning insight into action.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the production of high-quality MI, reports, and insight for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Analyse market, syndicate, and class-level performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Design and deliver impactful dashboards, visualisations, and reporting packs
- Support external-facing communications with data-driven insights (speeches, presentations, regulatory updates)
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics, reporting, and data delivery across the function
