A leading company market insurance organisation is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its in-house legal team, supporting all of the companies senior stakeholders for example; technology, operations, procurement, business transformation and underwriting teams.
This is a highly visible role offering exposure to complex commercial agreements, digital transformation initiatives, outsourcing arrangements, technology projects and emerging areas such as AI and data governance.

What you’ll do
- Advise senior business stakeholders on a broad range of commercial and strategic matters.
- Draft, negotiate and manage technology, SaaS, cloud, outsourcing and procurement agreements.
- Support major transformation and business change projects.
- Provide guidance on AI, data governance and operational resilience matters.
- Partner with internal risk, compliance and operational teams to manage legal and regulatory risks.
- Build strong relationships across the business and externally with key suppliers and advisers.
- Senior business-facing position with significant stakeholder exposure.
- Involvement in strategic transformation and innovation projects.
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience within insurance technology.
- Strong commercial contracts and technology law background.
- Experience advising on outsourcing, procurement, cloud and SaaS arrangements.
- Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice to senior stakeholders.
