This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, data, technology and transformation , partnering with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver strategic change across the insurance operation. Claims Policy administration Operational resilience and regulatory change You’ll lead business analysis and discovery across complex transformation initiatives, working closely with business leaders, technology teams and delivery specialists. Lead analysis of complex business and operational challenges Define business outcomes, KPIs and benefits Translate data and analytics into actionable business recommendations Identify opportunities for automation, AI and digital innovation Support large-scale transformation programmes from discovery through delivery Help develop and embed modern BA and transformation practices Significant Business Analysis experience within Commercial Insurance Experience delivering complex or large-scale transformation programmes Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar Practical experience using AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and delivery Confidence working with senior business and technology stakeholders Business Architecture experience Experience across underwriting, claims, pricing or insurance operations
