Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Assess, price, and underwrite new and renewal marine business.

Analyse vessel data, cargo details, loss records, and exposures.

Maintain broker relationships and represent the syndicate in the market.

Monitor portfolio performance and support business planning.

Ensure compliance with Lloyd\’s and internal underwriting standards.

Collaborate with claims, actuarial, modelling, and operations teams.

Skills & Experience

Marine underwriting or relevant specialty experience.

Strong analytical, technical pricing, and negotiation ability.

Good knowledge of marine markets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience; ACII desirable.
