A newly created role to build and lead an internal audit capability within a fast-growing insurance business in the City of London. The firm is looking for an experienced internal audit leader who can work in a 360 degree capacity, establishing internal audit within the business, facing off to external regulators, devising a robust audit plan and also rolling up your sleeves to execute segments of that plan. Initially tasked with recruiting one direct report, based on the growth trajectory of the business, in time you will have the opportunity to lead a small team.
