Arthur are working with a highly reputable Lloyd's of London firm that are looking to expand their Credit Control team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce, review, and distribute the Monthly Aged Debt Report to underwriters
  • Manage and coordinate underwriter responses and commentary on aged debt and broker queries
  • Proactively chase and resolve aged debt across assigned syndicates
  • Process subsequent adjustments to PAS entries to manage aggregate gaps between written and signed positions
  • Review premiums received against written vs. paid positions to ensure accurate and complete fund allocation

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Experience using Xchanging systems
  • 3–5 years' experience in Credit Control or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of slips and endorsements, including premium calculations
  • Experience working with Xchanging (required)
