We’re growing quickly and see huge potential in this area, so we’re expanding the team and looking for a Contract Recruitment Manager to be part of that journey. You’ll be joining one of our most established markets, working with pre-existing clients and a warm portfolio that already has strong relationships in place. What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full lifecycle of contracts across insurance markets
- Managing and growing a team of established recruiters
- Building long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting contract negotiations, extensions, renewals, and amendments
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
- Maintaining accurate documentation and overseeing contract performance
- Helping shape the continued growth of our Contract division
- Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts, and news in the insurance market
- Attending in-person meetings with clients and contractors
- Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in managing a contract team
- Experience within the insurance or professional services sector (preferred)
- Confident communicator who builds strong, long-lasting relationships
- Excellent organisational, commercial, and negotiation skills
- A team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing group
