Delighted to be assisting a leading Insurance client of mine in the London Market, who are seeking a Litigation Counsel. This is a brand new position, joining a new team that’s being built, reporting into a Senior Litigation lead with over 15 years’ experience. The role will focus on construction and property damage disputes, looking at building defect and structural defect claims, as well as subrogated recoveries work. Candidates must be a skilled and effective litigator, ideally with a Construction and/or Insurance background. If you’re fluent in French this is advantageous given the nature of the client work. Very attractive salary and package on offer including bonus. Hybrid working on offer (3 days a week in the office). My client can also offer 4-days a week.
