Litigation Counsel - Insurance Broker

A leading Insurance Broker are looking hire for a newly created Litigation Counsel role.

This will be a global role, with involvement across multiple international jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defending broker against professional negligence claims (E&O)
• Any commercial litigation impacting the business
• Employment litigation matters – breach of restrictive covenants etc
• Regulatory support to the business

My client are looking for the following skillset:

• Insurance litigation experience is essential
• You will either be working in a Law firm looking to make your first in house move, or currently working in-house in an insurance broker/insurer in litigation/contentious law
