Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the various internal departments including: Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Commercial
- Commercial contract drafting and negotiation: , service level agreements, intragroup agreements, TOBAS, NDAs, IT agreements and procurement agreements
- Assisting with policy wordings and product development
Qualifications
- UK qualified Lawyer – 2 PQE+
- Direct experience of working in the UK Insurance market – either in-house or in a Law Firm specialising in Insurance Coverage/Litigation
