Legal Counsel - Insurance

A London market Insurer are growing their high-quality Legal function with the hire of a Legal Counsel. Great development opportunities are on offer in this successful organisations, who continue to make new hires to support the growth of the business

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the various internal departments including: Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Commercial
• Commercial contract drafting and negotiation: , service level agreements, intragroup agreements, TOBAS, NDAs, IT agreements and procurement agreements
• Assisting with policy wordings and product development

Qualifications

• UK qualified Lawyer – 2 PQE+
• Direct experience of working in the UK Insurance market – either in-house or in a Law Firm specialising in Insurance Coverage/Litigation
