We’re seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic Web Development team at a growing InsurTech. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across the full stack, contributing to the design, build, and delivery of modern web applications that power the future of insurance technology.

About the Role

As part of the Web Development team, you’ll collaborate with talented developers to enhance and evolve our web-based product suite. You’ll gain hands-on experience with a variety of technologies and frameworks, building scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications from the ground up.

You’ll be involved in every stage of the development lifecycle — from coding and debugging to deployment and maintenance — helping us deliver on an ambitious digital roadmap as our client base continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using C#, ASP.NET/Core, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Work collaboratively with designers and business teams to translate ideas into functional products
• Implement MVC patterns, REST APIs, and ensure robust, secure code aligned with OWASP best practices
• Debug, test, and optimise applications for performance
• Research emerging tools and technologies to enhance product functionality
• Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to candidates who bring strong coding fundamentals and a passion for full-stack development, even if you’re at the start of your career. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Solid understanding of C#, ASP.NET/Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and Bootstrap
• Exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Knockout
• Familiarity with IIS and general web hosting environments
• Awareness of security principles and best practices in web development
