Arthur Recruitment in London is seeking an experienced internal audit leader to build and lead an internal audit capability within a fast-growing insurance business in the City of London. You will establish the function, partner with the business and regulators, and design a robust audit plan that covers risk areas across the organisation. Initially you will recruit one direct report and, as the business scales, have the opportunity to lead a small team and shape the audit program.
