Arthur Recruitment is seeking a Head of Compliance for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London with hybrid working (two days in the office). The role leads the compliance function, advises the executive team, and manages relationships with the FCA, PRA and Lloyd’s.
The successful candidate will own the compliance strategy, act as SMF16 and SMF17 subject to regulatory approval, and oversee financial crime and broader regulatory obligations across the business.
