Key Responsibilities:- Lead infrastructure strategy and execution, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Oversee design, deployment, and maintenance of core infrastructure.
- Drive improvements in architecture maturity and governance.
- Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and performance assurance.
- Ensure compliance with PRA, FCA, and Lloyd’s standards.
- Collaborate with Group IT on security, resilience, and regulatory alignment.
- Proven track record in infrastructure leadership within regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of technology lifecycles and delivery processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
