Arthur are looking to add a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join their risk management desk. You will support the Divisional Director - Aaron Scott in sourcing candidates and grow their international risk management desk. You will be operating across US, Europe and Bermuda markets.
The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to fully understand their hiring needs, while managing the entire recruitment cycle from job advertising and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers. It also includes providing expert guidance to both clients and candidates on current market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience in recruitment and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. They should possess the ability to build and maintain effective relationships, be target-driven with a strong work ethic, and exhibit excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
