Conduct Risk Analyst – Insurance (Lloyd\’s)

An established Lloyd\’s Managing Agent is seeking a Conduct Risk Analyst to join its Compliance function within the Conduct Risk team. This role supports the delivery of the annual conduct plan and helps ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements and Lloyd’s oversight principles.

Working closely with business stakeholders, the role takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to conduct risk, consumer duty and complaints, providing advice, support and challenge where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the annual conduct plan and day-to-day operation of the conduct risk framework
  • Assist with product governance activities, including pre-bind assessments, fair value assessments and product testing
  • Support Consumer Duty obligations, including monitoring outcomes and preparing management information and reports
  • Contribute to the review and maintenance of conduct and consumer duty policies and procedures
  • Assist with horizon scanning for regulatory developments affecting conduct and Consumer Duty
  • Support complaints oversight activities and respond to conduct-related queries
  • Produce conduct and consumer duty reporting for internal governance forums
  • Deliver training and support to business teams on conduct and Consumer Duty requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience within insurance, ideally in the Lloyd’s or London market
  • Knowledge of conduct risk, Consumer Duty, product governance and complaints handling
  • Understanding of FCA and Lloyd’s conduct-related requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to apply regulation in a practical, business-focused manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
