What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and reviewing insurance product wordings and financial promotions to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supporting product governance and approval processes across UK and European markets.
- Working closely with Legal, Compliance, underwriting teams, and external law firms.
- Monitoring regulatory developments, including FCA and EIOPA requirements, and assessing product impact.
- Supporting annual product reviews and maintaining centralised wording documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in insurance wordings and regulatory compliance within the insurance market.
- Strong understanding of FCA PROD rules and wider regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical ability.
- European regulatory knowledge or additional European language skills would be advantageous.
