We’re looking for a SQL Developer to join a growing insurance business on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with around 4–5 years’ experience in SQL development who wants to broaden their exposure across modern data technologies. Lloyd’s market experience is not required.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong SQL development experience
- Around 4–5 years in a data / SQL-focused role
- Exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Microsoft Dataverse, or MS BI stack
- Experience building reporting / dashboards in Power BI
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with business stakeholders
The opportunity:
You’ll be working across both established and newer data platforms, supporting the evolution of the business’s data estate. The environment includes a mix of traditional SQL development alongside more modern technologies including Snowflake, Dataverse, and Microsoft BI, with Power BI as the front-end reporting layer. Experience within insurance would be helpful, though Lloyd’s market exposure is not essential.
