I'm partnering with a leading UK Financial Services organisation to recruit a Business Continuity & Resilience Officer into their growing Operational Resilience function.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in strengthening Business Continuity and Operational Resilience capabilities across a highly regulated environment, working closely with senior resilience and risk leaders on a broad range of resilience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supporting and challenging Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
✅ Reviewing and enhancing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
✅ Supporting wider Operational Resilience activities, including resource mapping and vulnerability management
✅ Supporting crisis management and incident response activities
✅ Coordinating and developing a network of Business Continuity Champions
✅ Conducting third-party due diligence reviews
✅ Maintaining resilience policies, standards and guidance documentation
✅ Delivering resilience training, awareness and support across the business
✅ Supporting the continued development of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity frameworks
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Business Continuity, Operational Resilience or Technology Resilience
- Financial Services, Insurance or Banking experience preferred
- Understanding of UK Operational Resilience requirements
- Experience reviewing and challenging BIAs and BCPs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Comfortable operating within incident or crisis management environments
- Strong analytical, reporting and governance capabilities
